This is a friendly reminder that the entries for the contest are due tomorrow, March the 6th, at 12AM/midnight (Edited for time zone confusions, just get it in by sometime that night, night for you, please)! After that we will post another journal with all the entries and voting will take place until all members have voted or until a week's time (if some don't vote by then).

The theme of our first contest: Pepito's First Job! This one didn't come with any specifications, so feel free to give it whatever tone you like.

Contest Rules:
1. Follow general DA rules, of course: [link]
2. Entires must include (and preferably star) Pepito Diablo.
3. Pairings are allowed (and they don't have to be a Pepito pairing, but he should still be present and not just in the background), but if content is over PG13, we ask that you depict the characters as 18+. If characters that are underage in the comic are paired with someone who is an adult in the comic, again, please depict them both as adults. 4. All types of deviations will be accepted for this contest: Fanart of all kinds, fanfiction, cosplay photos, flash animation, ect.
5. Nonmembers may submit entries for the first contest, but participation in further club contests will require membership (which can be acquired very easily with a note to the club).
6. Each person may enter as many pieces as they like, and we will add the votes from an individual's combined entries to get the winners (meaning you can't get two or three places, but more entries will possibly make you more likely to win).
7. The contest will be open for roughly a month, or whenever all members (and additional people who tell us they're working on something for it) get their stuff in if it's before a month. Last day to get it in (subject to change under special circumstances) is Feb 18th.


Prizes haven't changed since last journal, but more options might be added before the contest is over if anyone volunteers anything.

1st Place: Your entry will be the featured club deviation until another contest is held. In addition, you will get first choice of the available prizes (which so far include the following: a one month DA subscription, an art request from , a fiction oneshot request from
2nd Place: You'll take your pick of what is left after 1st place chooses.
3rd Place: So far you'll get whatever is left over.
